At Eazy Peace, we want you to love what you wear. But if something doesn't fit quite right or spark joy—we’ve got your back. Here's everything you need to know about exchanges and returns for our international customers (including USA, EU, UK & more):

USA: Within 5 days of delivery

EU & UK: Within 14 days of delivery (as per consumer protection laws)

Refund Type:
We do not offer cash refunds. We’re happy to provide store credit or an exchange once your item is approved and returned. -
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping. We’ll send you a return label upon request (deducted from store credit if used).

Want a different size or color?
We’re happy to offer direct exchanges if your preferred item is in stock. If not, we’ll issue store credit so you can pick something else you love. -
Exchange Fee:
A small reship fee may apply (we’ll let you know based on your region).
✅ Return Eligibility Checklist
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:

Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Have no makeup stains, perfume, or body odor

Include original packaging (tags, bags, etc.)
We reserve the right to decline returns that don’t meet these conditions.
🚫 Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

Customized or personalized items

Gift cards

Sale or clearance items

Holiday-themed products (within 10 days of the holiday)
💡 Important Notes

Orders cannot be canceled once placed (our products are made-to-order and move fast through production)

Lost packages after shipment must be addressed with your local postal carrier

If your package is returned due to incorrect address, we’ll happily reship it for a small fee
