Exchange & Return Policy

Hello there! We appreciate your time and commitment to understanding our policies at Eazy Peace Clothing.

Refunds: At Eazy Peace Clothing, we do not offer any form of refunds in terms of cash, whether partial or full.

Returns: Returns are not provided for size, color, or product-related issues if the correct details were delivered.

Products can be returned only if confirmed and verified by our Customer Support Team.

If you've received a defective or incorrect product, SHARE A VIDEO showing the defect and the original packaging with us at support@eazypeace.com. IN CASE OF MANUFACTURER DEFECTS IMAGES ARE NOT ACCEPTED. Once verified, we'll issue a return.

Upon receiving the product in the condition shown in the video, we'll share a gift card matching your order value, valid for 90 days. NO CASH IS REFUNDED.

Exchanges: Our 3-day exchange policy allows you to request an exchange within three days of receiving your item.

Eligibility criteria for exchange:

  • Items must be in the same condition as delivered.
  • Items should be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Packaging should match the original.
  • No body smell or perfume smell should come from the items.

Exchanges of products are subject to confirmation and verification by our Customer Support Team.

No additional charges apply for exchanges in cases of misprinting, damage, or defects. 

As we don't have an in-house delivery service, we rely on trusted partners like Bluedart, Delhivery & Xpressbee. For exchange, our delivery partners charge us for reverse pickup and additional delivery to the customer location.

Since these charges are two-way, we kindly request our customers to cover a charge of ₹250 if its one t-shirt to be exchanged.

Exchange charges has to be prepaid before we send the new set of t-shirts.

Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon reception. Contact us at support@eazypeace.com immediately for defective, damaged, or wrong items.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items: Certain items, like perishables, custom products, and personal care goods, can't be returned. Sale items or gift cards are non-returnable.

Customer Behavioral Expectations: We prioritize excellent service and expect respectful customer behavior. Abusive language or behavior won't be tolerated. In case of customer mistakes, such as wrong size or color/product ordered, abusive behavior won't be tolerated, and the chat may be ended. 

Multiple Email Requests: To ensure efficient resolution, please refrain from sending multiple emails regarding the same query. Kindly use one email thread for all your questions. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Working Hours: Our hours are from 12 AM to 6 PM (Monday to Saturday). If you have any concerns or questions, please get in touch with us during these hours. We value your patience and understanding.
