π¦ When will I receive my order?
We usually ship your order within 2β3 working days. Total delivery typically takes 6β10 working days, depending on your location and factors like public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.
π For regions like Jammu & Kashmir or North East India, delivery may take a little longer β up to 10 working days.
In rare cases (due to product restocking), it might take up to 2 weeks, but weβll keep you posted throughout.
π Do I need to pay extra for shipping?
Nope! Shipping is already included in the product price. What you see is what you pay β no extra or hidden charges.Β
We do have Rush Delivery, which charges 60 rupees per t-shirt and takes 4 working days to deliver the parcel. This can only be requested via email or WhatsApp chat.Β
π How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, youβll get a tracking link via email and SMS. Click the link to see your orderβs journey.

ποΈ Which courier services do you use?
We partner with trusted courier companies like Bluedart (Air), Delhivery, Xpressbees, and EcomExpress, DTDC, and EKart, depending on your delivery pin code.
π¬ Tracking says βDeliveredβ, but I havenβt received it. What do I do?
Please let us know within 48 hours if this happens. Weβll immediately contact our delivery partner and try to resolve it quickly.
β οΈ After 48 hours, it becomes difficult to trace the issue, so do inform us as soon as possible. After 10 days of delivery, we won't be able to help with this issue as the delivery partner won't be able to resolve this at their end.Β

π Whatβs your exchange or return policy?
We have an exchange policy, and itβs paid as mentioned in our confirmation message and on our website.Β
For further information, please refer to our exchange and return policy.
Once payment is made, we will initiate the reverse pickup and create a new order with the same details as mentioned.
We accept exchanges or returns within 4Β days of delivery, provided the product is in unused, original condition. In some cases, we will ask for proof in the form of a photo or video to verify if it's unused or in intact form. Just email us, and weβll guide you through it.
In case you received a wrong product from our side, meaning a different color or size than what you ordered, in such cases, exchange and return are FREE OF COST. Just let us know, and we will be able to cross-check (please share the photo or video of the wrong product received) and send the new one.Β
β Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes β you can cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it. After that, if the order is already processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
πΈ Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are issued in genuine cases, like damaged products or wrong size/color deliveries. Refunds are made in the form of gift cards. We do not refund in cash.
π What if the size doesnβt fit me?
We understand that sizing can be tricky! If you received the wrong size, weβll be happy to arrange an exchange. But please be mindful as exchange is a paid service. Please check out our exchange and return policy for India. Just reach out to us at support@eazypeace.com.
β οΈ What if the product is damaged or defective?
We do a full quality check before dispatch, but if something slips through, donβt worry. Just share a photo and video of the issue atΒ support@eazypeace.com, and weβll arrange a replacement right away.

Absolutely. We use secure payment gateways like Razorpay, PayU, and CCAvenue β all trusted and widely used in India. Your details are protected end-to-end.

Our apparel is printed using high-quality Direct-To-Garment (DTG) technology.
This method gives a crisp, durable finish that lastsβwith proper care, your print can stay vibrant for years.
π Why Does My Shirt Smell Like Vinegar?
That fresh-from-the-box scent is totally normal.
Itβs caused by a harmless fixative used in DTG printing to set the ink. Itβs temporary and will disappear after the first wash.
π How to Use the Size Chart
To find your perfect fit, measure a shirt you already own and compare it to our size guide:

Length: From the highest shoulder point (next to the collar) straight down to the bottom hem.

Width: From one armpit seam across the chest to the other seam.
π Between Two Sizes?
If youβre in between sizes, think about how you like your fit:
