📦 When will I receive my order?

We usually ship your order within 2–3 working days. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 6–10 working days, depending on your location and factors like public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.
👉 For regions like Jammu & Kashmir or North East India, delivery may take a little longer — up to 10 working days.
In rare cases (due to product restocking), it might take up to 2 weeks, but we’ll keep you posted throughout.


🚚 Do I need to pay extra for shipping?

Nope! Shipping is already included in the product price. What you see is what you pay — no extra or hidden charges. 

We do have Rush Delivery, which charges 60 rupees per t-shirt and takes 4 working days to deliver the parcel. This can only be requested via email or WhatsApp chat. 


🔍 How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll get a tracking link via email and SMS. Click the link to see your order’s journey.

🏍️ Which courier services do you use?

We partner with trusted courier companies like Bluedart (Air), Delhivery, Xpressbees, and EcomExpress, DTDC, and EKart, depending on your delivery pin code.


📬 Tracking says ‘Delivered’, but I haven’t received it. What do I do?

Please let us know within 48 hours if this happens. We’ll immediately contact our delivery partner and try to resolve it quickly.
⚠️ After 48 hours, it becomes difficult to trace the issue, so do inform us as soon as possible. After 10 days of delivery, we won't be able to help with this issue as the delivery partner won't be able to resolve this at their end.

🔁 What’s your exchange or return policy?

We accept exchanges or returns within 3 days of delivery, provided the product is in unused, original condition. In some cases, we will ask for proof in terms of photo or video to verify if it's unused or in intact form. Just email us, and we’ll guide you through it.


Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes — you can cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it. After that, if the order is already processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.


💸 Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are issued in genuine cases, like damaged products or wrong size/color deliveries. Refunds are made in the form of gift cards. We do not refund in cash.


📏 What if the size doesn’t fit me?

We understand that sizing can be tricky! If you received the wrong size, we’ll be happy to arrange an exchange. But please be mindful as exchange is a paid service. Please check out our exchange and return policy for India. Just reach out to us at support@eazypeace.com.


⚠️ What if the product is damaged or defective?

We do a full quality check before dispatch, but if something slips through, don’t worry. Just share a photo and video of the issue at support@eazypeace.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement right away.


🔐 Is online payment safe on your website?

Absolutely. We use secure payment gateways like Razorpay, PayU, and CCAvenue — all trusted and widely used in India. Your details are protected end-to-end.


📨 How will I know my order has shipped?

We’ll send you updates via email and SMS — including your tracking link — as soon as your order is shipped. So you’re always in the loop!

If you’d like a custom order or want a specific design tweak, simply send us a message with your wishes—we’ll take care of the rest.


🎁 Gift Wrapping & Packaging

We currently don't offer gift wrapping and packaging.

Looking for a color not shown? Yes, we’ve got more!
Just send us a message—we’ll send back a mockup with your chosen design and preferred color so you can preview it before you buy.


🖨️ Printing Process

Our apparel is printed using high-quality Direct-To-Garment (DTG) technology.
This method gives a crisp, durable finish that lasts—with proper care, your print can stay vibrant for years.


👃 Why Does My Shirt Smell Like Vinegar?

That fresh-from-the-box scent is totally normal.
It’s caused by a harmless fixative used in DTG printing to set the ink. It’s temporary and will disappear after the first wash.


📏 How to Use the Size Chart

To find your perfect fit, measure a shirt you already own and compare it to our size guide:

  • Length: From the highest shoulder point (next to the collar) straight down to the bottom hem.

  • Width: From one armpit seam across the chest to the other seam.


📐 Between Two Sizes?

If you’re in between sizes, think about how you like your fit:

  • Choose smaller for a more fitted look

  • Choose larger for a looser, relaxed feel


❓ Preferred Size or Color Not Listed?

Reach out to us! Our collections are updated regularly, and we often have options not yet listed online. We’ll do our best to get you what you need.


🧼 Care Instructions

To keep your Eazy Peace gear looking fresh:

  • Wash: Cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with similar colors

  • Bleach: Non-chlorine only, if needed

  • Dry: Tumble dry low or hang to dry for best longevity

  • Iron: Inside-out on low; avoid printed areas

  • Dry Clean: Not recommended

These steps will help your print stay vibrant and your fabric in top shape, so you can enjoy it again and again.
