When can I expect my order to be delivered?

We aim to ship your products within 2-3 working days. Delivery times within India typically range from 6-10 working days, depending on your shipping address and other factors such as public holidays or extreme weather conditions. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 2 weeks based on product availability. Please note that for certain areas like Jammu Kashmir and North East India, delivery may require up to 10 working days.

Are there any additional shipping charges?

Shipping charges are included in the cost.

How can I track my order?

You can easily track your order once it is dispatched. We will send you an email and SMS with a tracking code and a link to track your shipment. If you have any confusion or questions, please feel free to email us at support@eazypeace.com.

Which courier companies do you use for delivery?

We utilize trusted courier services such as Bluedart Air, Delhivery, Xpressbees,  and EcomExpress for the delivery of our products based on the pincode.

What if the tracking shows the product as delivered, but I haven't received it?

If you receive a notification of delivery but have not received the product, please notify us within 48 hours. We will promptly address the issue with our courier partner and work towards resolving it. Please note that after this timeframe, it may be challenging for us to take immediate action, and we will not be liable for any losses incurred.

  • What is your exchange/return policy? We accept exchanges and returns within three days of product delivery. 
  • Can I cancel my order? You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. However, if the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. Kindly refer to our cancellation policy for further information.
  • Do you offer refunds? Refunds are provided in genuine cases of defective product or wrong size/color deliveries. For more information, please review our refund policy.
  • What if the product doesn't fit me? Don't worry, if the product doesn't fit you properly, we are happy to assist with an exchange in case you received a wrong size. Simply reach out to us at support@eazypeace.com, and we will guide you through the process.
  • What if the product is defective? We take pride in ensuring the quality of our products through thorough checks before dispatch. However, in the unlikely event of receiving a defective product, please send us an image of the defect at support@eazypeace.com. We will promptly replace or refund the defective item for you.
  • Is paying online secure? We prioritize the security of your online transactions. That's why we use trusted Payment Gateways such as RazorPay and CCAvenue, known for their reliability and widely used in India.
  • How will I know if the product is shipped? Rest assured, we keep you informed every step of the way. Regular updates regarding your product's delivery will be sent to you via email and SMS.
