Here’s what we do to keep exchanges minimal:

    If you’re unsure about sizing, our team will happily guide you using real measurements.

  • 💬 WhatsApp Confirmation Before Printing:
    Before we process any order, we message you on WhatsApp to confirm size and address. If you want to reach out to us before placing the order, please WhatsApp us here on 91-6306 469 582.

  • 📞 Call Confirmation (if needed):
    If there’s any doubt, we may even call you to reconfirm so there’s no confusion.

  • 🔁 Size Updates Before Printing:
    You can change or update your size freely before printing and shipping — no extra cost.

We do this deliberately to ensure:

  • You receive the right size

  • Our exchange rate stays as low as possible

  • We avoid unnecessary waste

🌱 Why We Don’t Bulk Print (and Why That Benefits You)

All Eazy Peace T-shirts are printed on demand, only after your order is confirmed.

This means:

  • Your T-shirt is freshly printed just for you

  • You receive an exclusive, made-for-you product

  • We don’t mass-produce or stockpile inventory

  • Unsold products don’t end up in landfills

This approach allows us to respect both our customers and the environment, while delivering quality with intention.

Can Size Exchanges or Replacements Be Done? 🤔

Yes, we do offer paid size exchanges.

We keep exchanges paid because:

  • Every exchange requires fresh printing

  • Returned pieces are often unsellable

  • We aim to keep prices fair for genuine buyers

Customized content and international orders are not eligible for replacements.

⏳ Timeline for Size Exchange

  • Exchange requests must be initiated within 4 days of delivery

  • Reverse pickup must also be scheduled within 4 days from delivery date

📦 Do I Need to Send All Items for Size Exchange?

No.
You only need to return the specific item you want to exchange.

🎨 Can We Exchange for a Different Design or Color?

No.
Exchanges are allowed only for the same product in a different size — not for a different design or color.

🕒 Time for Replacement

Replacement typically takes 6–7 working days after pickup.

We again reconfirm sizing at this stage to avoid repeat exchanges.

🚚 Do I Need to Return Items on My Own?

No.
Once the exchange fee is paid, we arrange a reverse pickup from your address.

⚠️ Some pincodes may not support reverse pickup.
In such cases, we’ll inform you and guide you on the next steps.

💸 How Much Does It Cost to Exchange?

Since exchanges involve two-way shipping, handling, and reprinting, the following charges apply:

Why Do Larger Sizes and Multiple Exchanges Cost More?

  • All T-shirts are printed on demand

  • Exchanged pieces require fresh printing

  • Returned items can only be resold if the same size, color & design is ordered again

  • Larger sizes are heavier and more difficult to resell

  • Exchanges do not generate profit and often lead to unsellable stock

This structured pricing helps us recover part of the operational and environmental cost, while keeping prices fair.

🔄 Does Eazy Peace Accept Returns?

We generally do not accept returns, except in the following cases:

  • Wrong size sent

  • Wrong color sent

  • Wrong design sent

  • Manufacturing defect (printing or stitching issue)

📌 Customized orders are not eligible for returns.

Approved returns receive a full refund as a Gift Card 💳

💳 Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • You’ll be notified of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

❌ Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be requested within 3 hours of order placement

  • If the order is already shipped, cancellation is not possible
