Can Size Exchanges or Replacements Be Done?

Yes, we do have exchange policy and it’s paid. We try to keep the exchange rate at minimum that’s why we confirm with all our customers about the sizes before printing the order.

Our customer care rep will call or text you within 24 hours to explain and confirm the sizes.

Rest assured you will receive the correct size based on the information you will provide us.

Note: Please double-check the size guide before placing your order. Products with customized content and international orders are not eligible for replacements.

Do I Need to Return Items on My Own?

No, you don't have to return it yourself. We will issue the reverse pickup from our side once the exchange fee is paid. A delivery person will come to pick it up from your house.

How much does it cost to exchange?

Since these charges are two-way shipping charges, we kindly request our customers to cover a charge of ₹250 if its one t-shirt to be exchanged.

Return Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• Wrong size sent from the actual ordered size.
• Wrong color sent from the actual ordered color.
• Defective products like stitching or printing mistakes.
• Wrong design sent from the actual ordered design.

Note: Customized orders are not eligible for returns. Refunds are applicable only for damaged or incorrect products.

Products must be unworn, unwashed, unused with all original tags/labels attached.

For accepted returns, we provide a full refund.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Cancellations must be informed within 6 hours of order placement. If shipped within 6 hours, cancellation cannot be done.
