🎄 Seasonal / Christmas T-Shirt Orders – Important Information

Order Cut-Off Notice (Orders Placed On or After 19th December)

We have officially stopped accepting Christmas delivery orders, as we can no longer guarantee delivery on or before 24th December.

However, if you have already placed a prepaid order on or after 19th December, please read the information below carefully.

🚀 Rush Delivery Upgrade (At Our Cost)

Since your order was placed after the Christmas cut-off, we have upgraded your order to Rush Delivery at no additional charge (₹60 per T-shirt, borne by us).

  • Your order is being prioritised for printing and dispatch

  • Courier partners generally attempt delivery within 4 working days

  • This gives your order the best possible chance of arriving close to Christmas 🎄
    (Please note: delivery dates depend on courier performance and regional constraints)

📏 Very Important: Sizing & Stock Confirmation

All our seasonal T-shirts are made-to-order and limited edition.

Out-of-Stock Update

At present:

  • XXS and XS sizes

  • White and Red colours

are out of stock.

What We Do After You Place an Order

  • We immediately contact you via WhatsApp after order placement to:

    • Confirm size

    • Suggest alternatives if a size or colour is unavailable

  • This step is part of our process to avoid delays, waste, and incorrect shipments

If We Don’t Hear Back

  • If we do not receive a response within 6 hours of order placement, we will:

    • Process the order with available alternatives, or

    • Ask you to select another design from our store (design change allowed)

⚠️ Refunds are not possible after 6 hours of placing the order, as production is already initiated. However, we are happy to help you switch to another available design of equal value.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges Policy (Seasonal Items)

As these are seasonal and time-sensitive products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size or fit preferences.

We will only accept returns/exchanges in the following cases:

  • Fabric defects

  • Print quality issues

  • Wrong item sent from our side

  • Major printing errors

If you receive a defective or incorrect product:

  • Please contact us immediately with clear photos

  • We will resolve the issue at no extra cost

🚚 Delivery Responsibility

To ensure smooth delivery:

  • Please be available at the delivery address

  • Keep your phone reachable during the courier delivery window

  • Missed delivery attempts may affect timelines, especially during the festive rush
